DOG COOKIES
1 C uncooked oatmeal
1 tb bouillion granules
3/4 C powdered milk
1 egg, beaten
1/3 C margerine
3/4 C cornmeal
3 C whole wheat flour
1 1/2 C hot water
Pour water over oatmeal, margerine and bouillion, let stand 5
minutes.
Add powder milk, cornmeal and egg, stir well. Add flour, mix well.

3 to 4 minutes add floor as needed to make very stiff dough. Roll to
1/2
inch thick. Cut into shapes and bake at 325 on greased tray for about
50
minutes. Makes about 1 3/4 lbs
MORE DOG COOKIES
1/2 C milk powder
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 C flour
1/2 ts garlic salt
1 1/2 ts brown sugar
6 tb baby food meat
1/2 C water
Mix and roll out on floured sheet, cut bake at 350 for 30 minutes
CHEESE DOG COOKIES
1 C uncooked oatmeal
4 oz grated cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 C wheat germ
1/4 C margerine
1/2 C powdermilk
1/4 tb salt
1 C cornmeal
3 C whole wheat flour
1 1/2 C hot water or meat juice
Combine water, oatmeal, margerine -let stand 5 minutes. Add powdered
milk, cheese, salt and egg, stir. add flour. knead well. Add flour as
needed
to make very stiff dough. Roll to 1/2 inch thick cut and place on
greased
tray. Bake for 1 hour at 300. leave in oven to cool. Makes about 2 lbs
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
2 C whole wheat flour
1 C wheatgerm
1 C peanut butter
1 egg, beaten
1/4 C margerine
1/2 C water
1/2 ts salt
Combine dry ingredients, mix in the rest of ingredients. Roll on lightly floured sheet. Cut. Place on ungreased tray, bake 20 minutes at 350. Store in frigde
LIVER COOKIES
2 lbs liver
3 1/2 C flour
2 C oatmeal
4 ts chicken bouillion
1/2 C hot water
4 eggs, beaten
3 ts garlic powder
Dissolve bouillion in water. Process liver until mush.
Add
eggs, garlic powder. Stir. Add to dry ingredients. Roll out and bake,
then
cut into bite size pieces.
